Jamie Leech

Jamie achieved his BSc Hons degree in Quantity Surveying in 2012 at the University of Westminster and has over 18 years of experience in the industry. After 10 years working with a Hertfordshire based contractor, Jamie gained a position with renowned London developer Cavendish and Gloucester, where he took up a senior role. He has lead a variety of complex projects, spanning from hotels to conversions of listed buildings and high end luxury apartments.

Sam Jarman

Sam is an RICS Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience working as a construction consultant. Sam’s portfolio spans a range of projects, including numerous small scale domestic schemes, luxury bespoke homes, new build residential (1-200+ units), historic buildings, schools, commercial and educational settings.

Sam is an associate member of the Association of Project Safety, providing CDM advisory and principal designer services.
